Early Life: Sue was born June 29, 1943, in Klamath Falls, Oregon, the daughter of Ronald Earl and Lorrayne Hanson Phair.
Life's Work | Service | Interests: Sue earned a BA from Brigham Young University. She retired after 16 years as an admission clerk and later admission counselor from Brigham Young University. She loved family life and grandchildren, sewing stuffed animals, family history, and church service in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served as a teacher, Young Women President, Stake Relief Society Counselor, to mention a few. Sue also served for two years in the French East Mission in both France and Switzerland, 1964 to 1966, and served a Public Affairs Mission 2013 to 2014 in French speaking Africa where a tumor was discovered in her abdomen. She is the mother of five sons and one daughter, grandmother of 22 grandchildren. Suzanne "Sue" Beth Phair Bybee passed away March 20, 2016, of cancer. She was 72.
Survived By: Her husband, Howard Curtis Bybee; sons: James Curtis (Roxane Crosby), David Ronald (Herenui Alvarez), Jonathan Howard (Jenny Poulsen), Joseph Darius (Dina Wong-Foen), Seth Mikaya (Elizabeth "Libby" Connor); daughter, Emily Suzanne (Garret Stembridge); twin brothers, Larry (Judy) and Gary (Sherry) Phair; brothers: Ronald "Ron" Phair, Jr. (Carol), Robert Phair (Rita); and sister, Joanne King (Mike).
Predeceased By: Her son, Joseph; and her parents.
