Louis Barber, Jr. was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on November 4, 1938 to the union of Louis and Ethel Barber, Sr. He departed his earthly life peacefully on January 23, 2013. He was the beloved husband of Lois Barber who preceded him in death.
Louis enjoyed gymnastics, swimming and baseball. He graduated from Taft High School in 1958 and served 4 years in the United States Army. He worked for National Distilleries for over 30 years where he had countless friends whom were blessed to know him. Louis was dedicated to his family and enjoyed attending the B&H Family Reunion.
Louis leaves to cherish his memory: a daughter, Shanda Lundy; one stepson, Darrell (Juanita) Lundy; three grandchildren, Carey and Capri Henderson and Darrell Lundy, Jr.; two sisters, Janet (Ray) Sellers and JoAnn Barber; one brother, Eddie L. Barber; nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. He will be deeply missed by all.
