Lebanon Daily News, Lebanon, Lebanon Co., PA: 28 Nov 2004: Christine P. "Teenie" Haldeman Beard, 73, of 21 Arbor Drive, Myerstown, died Friday, Nov. 26, 2004, at her home. She was the wife of Wesley A. Beard. Born Dec. 28, 1930, in East Hanover Township, she was a daughter of the late Wayne A. and Viola H. Young Haldeman. She was a retired sewing-machine operator from the former Everite Mills, Lebanon. She was a member of Bible Fellowship Church in Lebanon and its choir. She enjoyed sewing. Surviving, in addition to her husband, are sisters Verna E. Haldeman Schultz and Mildred H., wife of Tom Gingrich, both of Lebanon; brother John M., husband of Beverly Haldeman of Myerstown; two stepchildren; four step-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by brothers Herbert W. and Robert D. Haldeman and sister Ruth A. Elliott. Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Bible Fellowship Church, 1635 Mill Road, Lebanon, with a viewing at 9. Interment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, East Hanover Township. Christman's Funeral Home, Lebanon, is in charge of arrangements.
