DEAN, Frankie 90, of Hamilton, passed away March 12, 2016. She was born January 7, 1926 in Kings Mills, Ohio and lived most of her life in Hamilton. Frankie retired from Mercy Hospital where she worked as a dietician for over 40 years. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Clay and Myrtle Dean of Loveland, Ohio. Frankie is survived by her son, Professor Jack D. Combs of Wickford, Rhode Island; daughter, Carol Combs of Hamilton and granddaughter, Christina Brooks. A private service was held at the Ivey Funeral Home at Rosehill Burial Park, Hamilton. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions in Frankie's memory be made to the ASPCA at www.aspca.org.
