Pauline was an amazing wife, mother, and grandmother, who loved her family very well. She was an excellent caretaker, cook, and homemaker, making sure everyone was fed and comfortable. She was a great listener and enjoyed many “porch conversations” with her family. Pauline went out of her way to make sure those around her were cared for and had a good day, regardless of how she felt. She was frugal, yet generous, active, but always had time for others. She leaves a legacy of love and compassion to those who miss her dearly.
She is survived by her husband, Ken Wooderson, and children, Janet Withers and John Wooderson. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Chad (Kelley) Berriman, Justin (Lindsey) Berriman, Sara (John) Luna, Amanda Hartzell, John A Wooderson, and 8 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, Curtis Collins, and Roy Collins, and daughter in law, Sandra Wooderson.
Visitation is planned for Wednesday, from 2-5 PM and Thursday, from 2-7 PM, both at Brookside Funeral Home. A graveside service is planned for Friday at 11:00 AM at Terrace Heights Memorial Park. Brookside Funeral Home is caring for the family. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.brooksidefhc.com.
