Mrs. Verbelle E. Wittfoht, 80, died Monday at St. Francis Hospital.
She was born March 9, 1890 in Holbridge, Neb., the daughter of Henry and Mary (Wood) Anderson. She married John William Wittfoht, Oct. 21, 1906, in Bartonville. He died in East Peoria May 13, 1964.
Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Louis (Neomia) Davis and Mrs. Henrietta Knight, both of Peoria, Mrs. Bonita Allen of Ottawa and Mrs. Maxine Leas of East Peoria; and one son, Oliver Wittfoht of East Peoria.
She was preceded in death by two sons and one daughter.
