Monday, July 10, 2006 in the Lawrenceville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Rev. Ray Bailey will officiate. Interment will follow at Gwinnett Memorial Park in Lawrenceville. A United States Army veteran serving in World War II. Mr. Bailey was a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church in Loganville. He is survived by: Wife: Rosetta Bailey, Bowersville, Georgia; Children: Charles H. Bailey, Jr., Union, South Carolina; Julia Willard, Easley, South Carolina; Sandra Ortis, Atlanta, Georgia; Connie Roberts, St. Paul, North Carolina; Lue Flowers, Royston, Georgia; Johnny Bailey, Pelzer, South Carolina; Brothers: Cecil Bailey, Lawrenceville; Sisters: Eileen King, Lawrenceville; Thelma Carney, Ila, Georgia; 10 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren, Several Nieces and Nephews.
