Ann Hoffman, 64, De Pere, died Thursday, March 10, 2016 with her family at her side after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born August 13, 1951 to the late Victor and Leona (Provancher) Thedick in Menominee, Michigan. On August 19, 1972, Ann married John Hoffman at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Marinette, Wisconsin. Ann is survived by her husband, John; three sons, Kevin (Maggie Toutilott), Ryan (Miranda) and Patrick (Kristi) all of Green Bay; six grandchildren, Hunter, Noah, Finley, Lily, Oliver and Everett; her sister, Marie Behnke; sisters-in-law, Judy Thiedek, Paula Jozefowicz and her husband Andrew Brantmeyer and Mary Hoffman; brothers-in-law, James (Kathy) Hoffman, Thomas (Barb) Hoffman, Mark Hoffman, Richard (Becky) Hoffman and Barry (Michele) Hoffman; nieces, nephews and many special friends and her furry companion, "Bugsy". She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Victor Thiedek and brother-in-law, Jim Behnke. Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 15, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2772 Oakwood Drive, Green Bay from 9:30 am until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am with the Rev. Paul Demuth officiating. Burial will be at the Allouez Catholic Cemetery.
