Barbara Lee Petty, 85, passed away March 4, 2016 in Conroe, TX. She was born March 4, 1931 in Houston, TX to Tom and Irma Davidson, who both preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by her sister, Joanne Sharpton.

Barbara is survived by her husband of 66 years, William (Billy) Petty; children, Curtis Petty and wife Brenda, Carroll Hebert and husband Doug, and Bill Petty and wife Nina; 6 grandchildren, Kristi Adams, Darrell Hebert, Mandy Chance, Nathanael Petty, Dannye Reigh Petty, and Pamela Swem; 13 great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Barbara was a member of the Methodist church in Montgomery, TX. She loved to camp in their RV with her husband Billy Petty. She loved people, and was a very caring and compassionate woman. Her joy in life was her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 11am to service time at 12 noon, Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at Rosewood Funeral Home Humble, interment will follow in Rosewood Memorial Park.
