Tyler Mathew Jankunas, 20, a resident of Allyn, died on Sunday, March 6, 2011 in Allyn. He was born on July 3, 1990 in Bremerton to Stephen Jankunas and Kimi Johnson.

He graduated from North Mason HS in 2009 and was taking college courses exploring his options.

He loved spending time with his friends taking trips to West Port, playing bass guitar, magic cards, D&D and video games. He had a very active sense of humor and loved kayaking, sailing and was an avid reader.

He is survived by his mother Kim Johnson (Thomas) and father Stephen Jankunas (Melinda) of AZ; sisters Lauren Jankunas and Whitney Johnson of Allyn, stepsisters Amber Johnson of IL and Lindsey Johnson of AZ; stepbrothers Joseph Johnson of IL and Chris Johnson of AZ; aunt Kenda Sjoquist (Lee ); uncles Alan Jankunas, James Jankunas (Sigita) and Ronald Cole (Ann); maternal grandparents Kenneth and Gloria Crawford, paternal grandparents Ronald and Alice Jankunas and great-grandma Erma Crawford and numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins.

Celebration of Life will be Saturday, March 12, 2011 at 1 p.m. at Rill's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard.
