Carolyn Ann Scott Partlow, 50, of Lafayette, died Monday, July 25, 2005, in Lafayette Home Hospital. Born April 3, 1955, at Farmington, MO, she was a life resident of this area. Her marriage was to Gerald Freeland, who survives. Mrs. Partlow worked at McDonald's for several years before becoming ill.

Surviving are two sons, Fergie (wife Melissa) Partlow of Otterbein and Christopher Partlow of Lafayette; her mother, Alma Scott of Lafayette; two sisters, Betty Burns of Lafayette and Nancy Loveless of West Lafayette; and three grandchildren. Preceded in death by her father, Leeman Scott, and two brothers.
