NORMAN — Walter S. Lowe, 81, of Norman, a retired building supplier, died Sunday in a Norman nursing home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Mayes Funeral Home, Norman, with burial in Shelbina, Mo. He was a member of Modern Woodmen, and a member of the Methodist church. He is survived by a brother, Jess, Ortonville, Minn.
