Waguespack, Ezell Jones On Saturday, Feb. 4, 2006, Ezell Jones Waguespack went to heaven to join her husband, Benjamin F. Waguespack Jr.; son, Brett F. Waguespack; and parents, Marvin Conklin Jones and Susie Jane Durr.

She will be missed by her daughter, Susan Laurent and husband Duane; daughter-in-law, Debby Cagle and husband Waynne; grandchildren, Sarah Laurent, David Waguespack and wife Kay, Christopher Waguespack, and Shirah Bordelon and husband Greg; great-grandchildren, Mallory and Dominick Waguespack and Layla Bordelon; sister, Connie Daniel and husband Gene; sisters-in-law, Helen Borne, Irene Monica and husband Ron, and Carolyn Monroe; brother-in-law, Walter Waguespack and wife Aurelie; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

She celebrated her 79th birthday on Christmas Day 2005. She was a retired school teacher in St. John the Baptist Parish and a former longtime resident of Reserve and LaPlace. She was a resident of Lewisville at the time of her death.

Relatives and friends of the family and former students are invited to attend services. Visitation at Millet-Guidry Funeral Home, 2806 W. Airline Highway, LaPlace, on Thursday, Feb. 9, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Followed by religious services in the funeral home chapel at 1 p.m. Burial in St. Peter Cemetery, Reserve. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Arthritis Foundation are preferred in her memory.
