Mr. Kennedy passed away at his Mount Pleasant residence. Jerry was born to the late Ernest Kennedy and Artie Brown Kennedy in Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee. He married Ellen McKennon Kennedy on June 22, 1963 and have been married for 52 great years. Mr. Kennedy worked at Columbia Machine Works and retired after 45 years. He was preceded in death by his son, Ronnie Wayne Kennedy and daughter, Janet Darlene Kennedy.
Funeral services for Mr. Kennedy will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant. Burial will follow at Arlington Cemetery. The family will visit with friends on Friday, March 4, 2016 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant.
