Funeral services will be held at the All Saints Episcopal Church in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. at 2pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to any charity that supports reading due to David's love of literature, St Judes Children Hospital, or Ft Lauderdale's Habitat for Humanity.
A graveside service will be held at the Bonaventure Cemetery in Savannah, GA.
