Claudine M. Abreu
A rosary was held March 14, followed immediately by a Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Colusa, for Claudine M. Abreu, 70, of Colusa, who died March 11, 1998, at Rideout Memorial Hospital in Marysville.
Mrs. Abreu was born May 12, 1927 in Arbuckle. She was the daughter of George Dietz and the grand-daughter of Claude and Frances Tolson. She lived in Colusa for most of her life, attending and graduating from Colusa schools. She attended Sacramento City College. She was a housewife, a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church and past member of the Children's Home Society.
She is survived by her husband, William; two sons, Gerald W. Abreu of Mill Valley and Richard T. Abreu of Granite Bay; and three grandchildren, Mathew Abreu of Mill Valley, David Sandez of San Jose and Nicole Sandez of Granite Bay.
Burial was at the Colusa Catholic Cemetery.
