William Wesley Coffey was born in 1832 and died 18 Jul 1864. His wife was Julina Shouse Coffey.

According to the U.S. Veterans Grave sites, ca.1775-2006, he was born in 1834 and died July 11, 1864. From my research, he was born in North Carolina and died in Covington, Newton County, Georgia.

His military records state he enlisted with Company D, 26th regiment, Tennessee Volunteer Infantry on 4 July 1861 at Camp Cummings near Knoxville, Tennessee. He was wounded on 29 July 1863 and died in the hospital on 11 July 1864 in Covington, Georgia.
