Born Oct. 6, 1965, in Neillsville, Wis., he was the son of Jack Allen and Lois Louise (Young) Jensen.
He was employed at Northern Contracting in Sycamore for 20 years. He was a member of Iron Workers Union 498 in Rockford. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard.
Jeffrey enjoyed saltwater fish aquariums and his many pets.
He is survived by his wife, Rhonda Jones of DeKalb; five children, Patsy (Jim) Reuscher of Sycamore, Tabitha Jones and Tristan Jensen, both of DeKalb, Tiffany Cotner of Sycamore and Travis Jones of DeKalb; three grandsons, Jacob, Matthew and Conner Jeffrey; his mother, Lois Jensen of Madison, Wis.; his father, Jack (Patsy) Jensen of Fremont, Neb.; two brothers, Michael (Jonell) Jensen of Malta and Jason Jensen of Madison, Wis.; two sisters, Kimberly (Eugene) Miels of Oshkosh, Wis., and Jacqueline (Lane) Williams of Marshfield, Wis.; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
The funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 18, at Anderson Funeral Home Ltd. in DeKalb, with the Rev. Robert L. Vaughn of Creston officiating. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Sycamore. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 17, at the funeral home.
