Kathleen Johnson 54, of Camargo passed away on Nov. 3, 2014 and was welcomed into her heavenly home by her husband Emanuel Johnson who passed away on May 14, 2014. Kathy was the daughter of the late Bill and Jean Oakley Watkins.
Together, Kathy and Manuel are survived by three children William Joshua Watkins of Mt. Sterling, KY, Emanuel Johnson Jr, and Christina Johnson of Hamilton, Ohio. They had six grandchildren, two of which were very special and close to them, Destiny Watkins, and Christina Hunt both of Mt. Sterling, Ky.
Kathy is survived by her sisters and brother in laws, Virginia and Stanley Elkins, Stanton, KY and Rebecca and Ronnie Beer, Clay City, KY and by two brothers and sister in laws, David and Mildred Watkins, Jeffersonville, KY and Arthur and Jane Watkins, Camargo, Ky. Special friends Kay Letcher and Margie Day, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Kathy was preceded in death by her husband, both of her parents, two brothers, Robert Arrington Watkins, and Elmer Watkins (infant), and one sister, Dorothy Ann Watkins (infant).
The Family would like to thank everyone for all the thoughts, prayers and kindness shown during the losses of both Kathy and Manuel. Each and every one of you who called, came by, or just checked on the two of them will never know how much the family appreciated it! Once again thank you!
The family will hold a private memorial service for both Kathy and Manuel at a later date and time.
