Virgie Harrold, 80, of Montreal, died Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2001, at Breech Regional Center in Lebanon.

She was born Nov. 8, 1920, in Camden County, to Oscar and Dora (Crall) Parrish. On Dec. 24, 1945, she married Jim Harrold. She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Marjorie Crampton; and one brother, Russell Parrish.
Mrs. Harrold was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ.

She is survived by her husband, Jim Harrold, of the home; one son, Van and his wife, Mary Ann Harrold of Wichita, Kan.; a brother, Howard Parrish and his wife, Hazel of Camdenton; two grandchildren, Justin Harrold of Bethlehem, Pa. and Josh Harrold of Malibu, Calif.

Funeral services for Virgie Harrold will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 1, 2001, at Colonial Funeral Chapel with Stephen Rook officiating. Burial will be in the Lebanon Cemetery, under the direction of Colonial Funeral Chapel of Lebanon.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. A memorial has been established for the Fairhaven Children's Home.
