Donna Vee Record Bertoch was born Wednesday, November 21, 1928 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Harold King Record and Eunice Ellen "Ella" Curtis.
She was raised in Salt Lake City, and was a lifelong resident of Salt Lake County. She married Allen Keith Bertoch on August 30, 1947; later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on February 15, 1949.
Donna passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 1983 at Latter-Day Saints Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. She resided at 7227 South Promenade Drive (2507 East) in Cottonwood Heights, Utah at the time of her death.
Donna was survived by her husband of nearly thirty-six years; two sons, Stanley and thomas Bertoch, both of Salt lake City; eight grandchuldren; mother; brother and sisters, Wayne Record of Murray, Helen Hooper of Cottonwood Heights, and Lois McCutcheon of Oroville, California.
Graveside Services were held on Saturday, July 9, 1983 at 11:00 a.m. in the Mountain View Memorial Estates Cemetery located at 3115 East Bengal Boulevard (7800 South) in Cottonwood Heights.
