Death of James Nave
This gentleman, well known to all old Montanians, died at his residence near Radersburg, Jefferson county, on the 22d inst. At the time of his death Mr. Nave was in the 70th year of his age. He was a native of Tennessee, but removed to Missouri at an early age and resided for many years near Chillicothe in that State. He came to Montana in 1864, and has lived at his home in Jefferson county since 1865. He leaves his wife to whom he has been married for nearly fifty years, and six children, five of whom were with him in his last illness. Mr. Nave was an honest, conscientious, upright man, a devoted husband and loving, affectionate father. Both in Missouri and Montana he has a wide circle of friends who will learn of his death with regret. Mr. Nave was the father-in-law of the Hon. Enoch Wilson, of Jefferson county.
