Frank was born on January 31, 1938 in Anderson, the son of Howard E. Hart Sr. and Grace D. "Tommy" Remington Hart. He resided in Anderson and Lauderdale County Mississippi where he worked as a tool and die maker and supervisor/ plant engineer for GM and several tool shops in both locations.
Frank was a dedicated outdoorsman, who was known for his hunting and fishing trips to Alaska, Canada, and the Western United States. Frank was a member of First Baptist Church of Lauderdale, Mississippi.
He is survived by his son and family, David E. (Patty) Hart; 2 grandchildren Meghan and Mandy; his son, Kevin Hart; 2 daughters, Lexi Weedman and Lora Mullins; brothers, Howard "Ed" Hart, William "Will" (Vickie) Hart, Thomas "Tom" (Patricia) Hart, Nick (Cindy) Hart, and his sisters, Minnie "Sis" (Ricky) Graham and Candice "Candy" (Rudy) Ballard; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Grace Hart; and his brother, Larry Hart.
