The Lincoln County News, Thursday, July 8, 1948: Funeral services for Robert L. Andrews, 69, who died at his home in Madison County, Ala., near Hazel Green, Saturday afternoon, following a long illness, were conducted at 11 o'clock Monday morning at the Concord Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Harold Benson officiated and burial was in the church cemetery. Mr. Andrews was a farmer and formerly resided in Lincoln County. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Mollie Norris Andrews; five daughters, Mrs. Elbert Stewart, Mrs. Walter Bankston, Miss Nellie Andrews and Mrs. Dee Neeley, all of Madison County, and Mrs. Ivan Swift of Mobile, Ala.; one son, John Andrews of Hazel Green; one brother, A. H. Andrews of San Diego, Calif., and 14 grandchildren.
