A funeral for Mrs. Mary Alice Andrews, 92, of the Walnut Grove community, who died at her residence Sunday night, after a short illness, was Tuesday at Concord Cumberland Presbyterian Church, the Rev. James Campbell officiating. Burial was in Concord Cemetery, Madison County, Ala., Gallant Funeral Home in charge. Mrs. Andrews was a native of Madison County, member of the Concord C. P. Church, daughter of the late Willie Norris and Nancy Pruitt Norris. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Exie Swift, Huntsville, Ala.; Mrs. Nora Bankston, New Market, Ala., Miss Nellie Andrews, Flintville, Tenn.; a son, John W. Andrews, Flintville, Tenn.; 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild; two sisters, Mrs. Arthur Stewart, Mrs. Laura Price, both of Flintville, Tenn.; five brothers, Walter Norris, Bob Norris, Charlie Norris, Dickey B. Norris, and John Norris, all of New Market, Ala. Pallbearers: Pete Bentley, Henry Norris, Terry Campbell, Robert Tidwell, A. C. Posey, Albert Posey, Robert Eddings, Frank Maddox.
