After her first husband death for some reason she lists herself as Luna Kingsbery but that is probably only a wish on her part. It is unlikely they adopted her. She may have been an orphan and became frustrated when folks wanted to know her parents so adopted her former employers to be her parents.
Luna was married twice. First to George Lewlyn Reece about 1881. They are the parents of three children: Daisy Margurate Charlotte Reece Crowe, Katherine Isabella Reece Hicks, wife of John Milton Hicks and Harold B. Reece. After George's passing Luna married Charles Benjamin Abbott on March 25, 1909 ~ Pembroke, Merrimack County, New Hampshire. There were no children born to them. But at some point Luna's son Harold Reece began to go by the Abbott surname. Luna's death record shows she is buried in this cemetery though there may not be a marker at her resting place.
