Upon his passing, he was laid to rest on March 15, 1932 on the grounds of Rock Springs Cemetery in Scottsville, Texas.
Burial arrangements were managed by Milton Williams and the undertakers with Peoples Funeral Home, of Marshall, Texas.
His daughter, Mrs. Essie Westmoreland, and Will Westmoreland were witnesses and present at the time of his death.
