Mrs. Gamble, who kept a small restaurant on Main Street, died Tuesday night with influenza and was buried Wednesday noon. Rev. Nance conducted the funeral services at the grave, assisted by A.E. Baldwin.
Mrs. Gamble was born in Kentucky and was 42 years of age at the time of her death. She leaves a husband and one daughter and a grandchild. At this writing the grandchild is very ill.
