Opal Pauline Cantrell, 85, daughter of Walter and Elta Milks, was born Nov. 4, 1917, at Mount Pleasant, Iowa. She died Oct. 5, 2003, at Licking Park Manor.
She married Glen Cantrell on March 20, 1937. They had one daughter.
Mrs. Cantrell was a member of the First Baptist Church in Licking.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; four brothers, Gilbert, James, Clifford and Kenneth; and one grandson.
Surviving are her daughter, Beverly Blankenship; one sister, Mildred Woodsmall of Burlington, Iowa; one granddaughter and two great-grandsons.
Services were Oct. 8 at the Fox Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Wilbur Mobley and the Rev. Max Courtney officiating. Burial was in the Licking Cemetery.
