Peter Germann, aged 61 years, died at his home, 208 South Fair street, on Thursday morning. Deceased was born in 1845 on Twelve-Mile Prairie. He was married 35 years ago. His wife died March 29, 1887.

He leaves the following children:

Mrs. Sophia Gabel
Mrs. Julia Davis
Miss Lulu Germann
Fred Germann
William Germann

He also leaves his brother, Louis, near New Athens, and a sister, Mrs. Julia Ditzler, in Jackson county.

The funeral takes place Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock to Christ Church, thence to Walnut Hill Cemetery.
