Visitation will be Friday, February 12, 2016 from 1:30 pm until 3:30 pm at McDonald Funeral Home. Burial will be in New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home. Elder Gary Sumrall will officiate the service.
A native of Hancock County, MS, he was Supervisor for the Picayune Housing Authority and a member of Salem Landmark Missionary Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ford Fleming and Maluvia Landrum Fleming; his wife of 63 years, Mary Ballard Fleming; and his son, Oswald Aubry Fleming, Jr.
Left to cherish his memory are his son, Don Fleming; grandchildren, Nicole Fleming, Matthew Fleming and wife Misty, Ashley Bickham and husband Derek, Brandon Fleming and wife Chelsea, Blake Fleming and wife Loretta; eight great grandchildren; his brothers and sisters, J.T. (Valerie) Fleming, Doug Fleming, Paul Fleming, Hilda Lee, Odessa (Don) Lewis, and Lavada Parker; and numerous cousings, nieces, nephews, and friends.
