FLORENCE - The service for Jimmy M. Carmack, 47, Route 7, Box 531, will be 11:30 a.m. today at Elkins and Son Funeral Home Chapel, Florence, with Fred Dillon officiating.
Burial will be in Florence City Cemetery

He died Sunday, Sept. 20, 1987, at his residence.

Carmack was a native and lifelong resident of Lauderdale County. He was a self-employed builder.

Survivors include sons, Joe Carmack, Burnsville, Miss., Tim Carmack, Florence; sister, Jane Greer, Muscle Shoals; stepsister, Mrs. Nancy Mazie Hill, Florence.

Bearers are Bill Mays, Jimmy Sims, Henry Herston, Charles Tucker, Jeff Tucker and James Warren.
