Memorial services were at 10 a.m. Saturday, October 28, at the Brand-Wilson Mortuary Chapel in Hastings with Dennis Frazier of the Church of Christ officiating. Burial was in Oakview Cemetery. (should say Parkview Cemetery)
Ilene Berry was born in Wauneta, Nebraska, July 31, 1943. She married Jim Holliday, March 24, 1973, and they moved to Hastings from Iowa later that year.
Ilene was preceded in death by her mother and father, Chester and Elma Berry, and a brother, Irven Leroy.
Surviving are husband, Jim Holliday of Hastings; a daughter, Sheila of Arlington, Virginia; a son, Jason, at home; a brother, Wayne Berry of Imperial; and five sister, Pauline Koval of Norwalk, California, Ila McMinn of Cabool, Missouri, Bonnie Ourada, of Littleton, Colorado, Beulah Rydquist of Loveland, Colorado and Connie Mohlman of Ayr, Nebraska.
