REMINGTON _ March 24 1978
Mrs Lucia Virginia Remington aged 89 years, Bethany Care Center, widow of the late Gordon Remington who predeceased her in 1962. Surviving are 7 daughters and 2 sons, 26 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Mrs Remington resided in Pincher Creek moving to Calgary in 1955. Her father was one of the first NWMP to come to the Fort Macleod district in 1874. Services in the Little Chapel on the Corner (Jacques Funeral Home) Tuesday at 9:30 am. Graveside services at the Pincher Creek Catholic Cemetery at 2:00 pm.
