Born November 27, 1937 in Pekin to William and Leola (Mahaney) Eldert, she married Roy W. Gargus on June 19, 1956 in Tokyo, Japan. He died April 9, 2010 in Peoria. She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Gale Williamson; two sisters, her twin, Beulah Ibbottson and Bonnie Browder.
Surviving are two daughters, Carla (Richard) Pherigo and Lori (Edward) Houston, both of Manito; one son, Roy (Judy) Gargus, Jr. of Peoria; seven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Eulah and Roy owned and operated Pekin TV service from 1967 to 1999. She last worked at Jo-Ann Fabrics in Pekin.
She enjoyed gardening, traveling, being outdoors and flying. Eulah was also a private pilot.
Her private graveside service will be Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin.
