Mrs. Charles H. Morse Dies in Lake Forest
Mrs. Charlotte Ingersoll Morse, 80, of 45 Stone Gate Lane, Lake Forest, died yesterday in Lake Forest Hospital. Mrs. Morse was a graduate of Beloit, Wis, college and later a trustee of the college. She was a former president of the Women's Athletic Club and for more than 30 years a member of the women's board of St. Luke's hospital. She also was a member of the women's board of the Crippled Children's Hospital. Mrs. Morse is survived by her husband. Charles H., former president and chairman of Fairbanks, Morse & Co.; a son, Charles H. Jr.; tow daughters, Mrs. William S. Covington and Mrs. C. Howard Requa, and 10 grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. tomorrow in First Presbyterian church of Lake Forest.

Miss Ingersoll attended Beloit High School through the Junior year, then went to Rockford College where she graduated from the preparatory department of that school in 1894. Entered University of Wisconsin the same year, remaining only the first year. In 1895 she went to Europe, remaining over two years, studying music and the languages in Dresden, Germany. In 1897 returned to Beloit and entered the college as a Junior and graduated in 1899 (Ph.B.). Member of Phi Beta Kappa and of Delta Gamma Sorority. She is a member of the Kenwood Evangelical Church of Chicago by letter from the First Congregational Church of Beloit. Res., 60 Scott St., Chicago, Ill.
