Bonnie Sue Lawrence, 77, of Sargent passed away on December 30, 2015 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 8, 1938 in Cedar Blades, Arkansas to Alvie and Julian Anderson.

She loved fishing. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Julian and Alvie Anderson; father-in-law and mother-in-law; Harvey and Grace Lawrence.

She leaves to cherish her loving memories; devoted and dedicated husband of 35 years; Neal Lawrence of Sargent; daughters, Debra Lee Vanpelt and husband Raymond of Port Arthur, Tina Monae Magana and husband Ugene of Modesto, California and Sandra Dee Horton and husband LeRoy of Brazoria; brother, Randy Julian Anderson and wife Cheri of Winnemucca, Nevada; sisters, Nina Mae Yarborough and L.C. and Ina Fay Collins of Turlock, California; sister-in-laws, Wyona Britt and husband Richard aka Dick of Amarillo, Lavern Landrum of Dallas, Martha Porachek of Grand Prairie, Charolette Hudson of Waxahachie and Ruth Adams and Charlene of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; grandchildren, William Crane (Mercie), Keith Crane, Kandice Crane, Rick Decamera(Robby), Jesse Magana, Alex Magana (Gabby), Preston Keller (Ashley), Tosha Harper (Jesse) and Sarah Horton (Cory), 22 great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

Family will receive friends on Sunday, January 3, 2016 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Dixon Funeral Home in Brazoria.

Funeral service will be Monday, January 4, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Dixon Funeral Home in Brazoria with Brother Ben Kerns officiating. Burial will follow at Brazoria Cemetery in Brazoria, Texas.

Pallbearers will be Jesse Harper, Cory Gillmore, William Crane, LeRoy Horton, Jr., Ugene Magana and Preston Keller.

Family requests that in lieu of flowers please make donations in Bonnie’s Memory to Ta’Ta’s 4 Grandmas, 1405 N. Brooks Street, Brazoria, Texas 77422.
