PHILOMENE ANSTETT. Born Mar 07, 1884, in Formosa, Ontario. Philomene, affectionately known as “Minnie” because of her stature, married Norman Lorentz [born Apr 05, 1885; died on Sep 16, 1965] in St. Mary's Church, Kitchener, Ontario. Norman was a ‘cooper’ (barrel maker) by trade at Canada Barrel and Keg in Waterloo, ON. Philomene died Apr 10, 1972 at 88 years of age in Kitchener, ON. 7 children: Edward, Thelma, Florabelle, Charles, Hilda, Lucy, and Leonard.
