Hampton—The funeral of E. C. Grenelle, who came to Hampton in 1878, was held this afternoon from the Congregational Church and was largely attended by friends and Odd Fellows from various parts of the county. Mr. Grenelle was 76 years of age, was very active in municipal affairs and once served as mayor, and was prominently identified with the Odd Fellows and the county agricultural society. Mr. Grenelle is survived by a wife and one daughter.
