Services are Saturday, May 5, 2007, at Sykes Chapel M. B. Church in Lambert at 12:00 noon with the Rev. Lloyd Johnson officiating. Burial was in Sykes Cemetery. Delta Burial Corporation had charge.
A homemaker, she was born January 21, 1947 in Lambert. She was a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Debora "Peggy" Eckford; her parents, W. H. and Lula Mae Eckford; a grandson, Desmond Eckford; and a sister, Maerean (Havel) Dumas.
She is survived by her husband, Otis Wilborn of Lambert; a son, L. Q. Eckford of Pascagoula; three daughters, Debra Harris of Muncie, IN, Stephanie Downs of Lambert, and Angela Downs of Muncie, IN; three sisters, Josephine Johnson of Lambert, LucStella Johnson of Lambert and Jean Allis Lang of Marks; seven brothers, Ozell Eckford of Freemont, OH, Henry Eckford of Muncie, IN, E.
