Jeffery Darrell Winn, 54, of South Jordan, passed away Friday, January 29, 2016. He was born Nov, 18, 1961, in Ogden, Utah to Darrell Stone Winn and Bette Fonnesbeck Winn. Jeff was raised in Sunset and Roy and he attended Roy High School. He was a member of the L.D.S. Church. He married Robin Robinette. They were later divorced. He married Glenna Mercado and they were later divorced. In 2001, Jeff married the love of his life, Shirley Ann Bowman and he was devoted to his home and family.
*Jeff was blessed with two children. *Jeff was also dad to three step children. His love was unconditional for all his children. Jeff’s dogs, Sassy, Cooper and Kallie were part of his family too.
Jeff enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, trap shooting, snowmobiling, 4 wheeling, motorcycle riding and nearly any outdoor adventure. What he loved most was sharing all these activities with his family and friends. He enjoyed travel and especially to the Oregon Coast where he could visit his mother. He had dreams of moving to Alaska and living in the wild. Jeff was a loyal employee of Weir Pump systems for nearly 20 years.

Jeff will be remembered for his tender heart, his service to others, and his love for his family.

*He is survived by his wife, his children, his mother, Bette Baker, his step-mother, Betty Winn, his sisters, Leigh Ann (Wayne), Tammy (Javier), Roxy (Tim), beloved grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family members.

He was preceded in death by his father, his step-father, Chick Baker, and his brother Darrell Jess. Jeff’s legacy will be the service he gave to others and his generous spirit will never be forgotten.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the American Fork 5th Ward Chapel, 380 South 300 East. A viewing will be held Wednesday, February 3rd from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Anderson and Son’s Mortuary, 49 East 100 North, American Fork and Thursday from 9:45 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. at the church prior to the service.

Burial will be in the American Fork Cemetery.
