ADA MAE AUSTIN "NONNIE" Age 90 was called home on Wednesday, July 28, 2004. Preceded in death by her husband, Joe-Nathan Austin; parents, Sharper & Lula Turner; son, Leo "Little Man" Austin; sister, Alma Holloway; daughter-in-law, Bennie Austin. Ada entered into this life on February 4, 1914 in Pine Hill, AL. She leaves to cherish 6 devoted children: 2 devoted daughters, Lula (Jimmy) Fanning of Chicago, IL, Helen Austin of Gary; 4 devoted sons, Cleo (Pearl) Austin, Sharper "S.T." Austin, Thomas Austin, Nathaniel (Dorothy) Austin, all of Gary; daughters-in-law, Charlotte Austin and Daisy Austin, both of Gary; devoted nephew, Charles (Valerie) Austin; sister-in-law, Minnie George of Montgomery, AL; brother-in-law, Earnest (Earlie) Austin of Youngstown, OH; 17 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Friday, August 6, 2004, 11 a.m. at 20th Century Baptist Church, Rev. Dr. Thomas C. McKinley officiating. Interment Evergreen Memorial Park. Visitation Thursday, August 5, 10 a.m.-9 p.m. at Smith, Bizzell, Warner & Son, "Your Golden Rule Funeral Home", 4209 Grant St.
