Welch, Kevin, 82, of Choctaw, died in Midwest City in hospice care early Wednesday morning, Jan 27, 2016.
A longtime member of the Tri—City Gun Club, Kevin enjoyed years of hunting and shooting. Having spent his early years as a world traveler running aviation and defense programs for Lear Siegler, after retirement, he along with his wife Phyllis continued to travel the roads pulling their 5th wheel trailer, camping by our lakes, wintering on the Gulf Coast and spending time with friends and family.
Later, after living as a widower for a few years, he got remarried to Wilma Louise Farlow, also an active RV'er, and they kept traveling seasonally until Kevin’s poor health forced them off the road.
He was preceded in death by his wife and the mother of his children Phyllis.
He is survived by Louise; sons, David and Kevin; grandchildren, Steven, Richard, Christopher, Dustin, Savannah and Ada; brother, Bill Welch; sister, Connie Fustolo; his brother-in-law, Richard Cochrane and his beloved nieces and nephews scattered from coast to coast.
