Wanda J. Collier, 82, passed away on Jan. 24, 2016. She was born on July 31, 1933 to and Leslie R. and Willie Etta (Brown) Sipes. Wanda, also known as "Joy" was born in OKC and attended a one room school house around the May Ave area. She attended Putnam City High School and just recently attended the yearly high school reunion with her dearest classmates. While attending high school she met and later married Kenneth L. Willits and had two children, Julianne Joy and Mark Willits. After Kenneth passed away in 1990, Wanda married Dennis L. Collier in Sept. 1995. Dennis and Wanda owned and operated Cinema 69 in McAlester, OK. Retiring in 2013, Dennis and Wanda moved to Tulsa to enjoy their time together traveling to visit grandchildren and great grandchildren in Branson, Montana, Washington and Colorado Springs. Wanda is preceded in death by her parents and brothers. She is survived by her husband, Dennis Collier; children, Julianne Begley and husband John, Mark Willits and wife Donna; step children, Shelly Hunt and husband Bill and Greg Collier; 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren. Visitation for Wanda will be from 9am-8pm on Monday, Feb. 1, 2016 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home. Services will be 2:00pm, Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2016 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home
