Graveside funeral services for Flora Ruth Lewis, age 84 of West Monroe, Louisiana, will be held at 2 PM on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at Bayou Macon Cemetery in Pioneer, Louisiana.

Services are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Oak Grove, Louisiana.

Mrs. Lewis passed away Monday, January 25, 2016 at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe, Louisiana.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Luther Carl Phillips and Ethel Martin Phillips.

She is survived by her daughter, Diane Lewis of West Monroe, Louisiana.
