Mrs. Thelma Watson, 88, of Kilgore passed away after a lengthy illness. She went to be with the Lord at her home surrounded by her children.
Thelma was born to A.C. and Georgia McGraw. She attended Kilgore schools and graduated from Kilgore High School in 1946. She worked many years as a bookkeeper for various companies, including Industrial Steel, Rainbow Oil & Gas and Star International. She was a member of Forest Home Baptist Church. Mrs. Watson enjoyed her family, friends and, most of all, her grandsons.
Mrs. Watson was preceded in death by her husband, Dwight Watson, grandson Trent Payte, parents and her siblings: Eva McNutt, Mary Bynum, Marie Tarnawa, A.L. McGraw and Maureen Broadwater.
