Albert Lee Slagle, 71, of Templeton died this morning at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital, Kittanning. Mr. Slagle was a retired employee of Harbison-Walker Refractories at Templeton. Born Dec. 31, 1900 at Templeton, he was a son of Smith and Maude (Dyess) Slagle. Surviving are his wife, Mildred (Lowry) Slagle a son, Gerald of Templeton; two daughters, Mrs. Romaine McAfoose of Templeton and Mrs. Donald (Bernice) Schawl of Templeton RD 1; a brother, Homer of Hydetown; two sisters, Mrs. Herbert (Ethel) Robertson of Franklin and Mrs. Herman (Janet) Stephenson of Columbiana, Ohio; 11 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Two brothers and a sister are deceased. SLAGLE—Friends of Albert Lee Slagle, who died Nov. 2, 1972, will be received at the F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home, Kittanning. Arrangements are incomplete.
