Prayer services for George Ray Clement, 89, of Choudrant, LA will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, January 23, 2016 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe with Rev. John Wesley Jones officiating followed by funeral services at 1:00 PM, at Alabama Presbyterian Church in Choudrant, LA, officiated by Rev. Allison Moody. Interment will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.

Mr. Clement was a retired educator for the State of Louisiana and attended Alabama Presbyterian Church in Choudrant. A recipient of the Purple Heart, he was a United States Army veteran of World War II.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 11 brothers and sisters.

Ray is survived by his wife, Mary McCoy Clement; daughters, Barbara Landes and husband James, Brenda Clement, Rebecca Clement, Beth Brown and husband Billy; sons, Michael Clement and wife Kim and Stephen Clement; 2 step-sons, Russell McCoy and wife Michelle and Roy McCoy and wife Wendy; 14 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Friday, January 22, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe.
