OBITUARY :
MRS. DONNA M. SCOTT, 68, of Hillcrest Ave., Chambersburg and formerly of Mont Alto, PA, died Tuesday, January 19, 2016, in the Chambersburg Hospital.
Born May 31, 1947 in Highfield, MD, she was the daughter of the late Upton L. and Esther N. (Cool) Brown.
Donna was a graduate of St. Joseph's High School, Emmitsburg, MD. She later graduated from Waynesboro Business School.
She and her husband, the late Randolph L. "Randy" Scott, were married on September 9, 1989. Mr. Scott died on February 4, 1993.
Donna worked at the Waynesboro Knitting Mill and later as a clerk at Toys R Us. She retired in 2008.
She enjoyed traveling and food tasting.
She is survived by one brother, Upton L. Brown, Jr. and his wife, Janet of Smithsburg, MD; her step-son, Arley B. Scott and his wife, Sherry of Middletown, PA; two step-granddaughters; and two nieces.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Charles M. Brown; one sister, Barbara A. Brown; and one step-son, Brent L. Scott.
Services and burial in Green Hill Cemetery will be private the convenience of the family.
