Deceased passed away at the home of her son, Lloyd Handley, 1736 NW 9th Street, Oklahoma City, late Friday after a long illness with a conplication of physical ills, and during which she underwent an operation, the lower part of a leg being removed in efforts to stop the spread of an affliction. For some time she was seriously ill at ther home just north of Hinton and her husband, Zach Handley, also was very sick about the same time. With improvement Mr. and Mrs. Handley were taken to Oklahoma City to reside with their son, Lloyd, and have been there for several years.
This splendid neighbor and Christian woman was 77 years, 3 months and 14 days of age. Her husband, Zach Handley, several children and other close relatives and many friends survive.
Mr. and Mrs. Zach Handley are well and favorably known in this section. They are pioneer settlers, coming in 1902, settling on the farm north of Hinton, until some years ago when they moved to their place just norht of Hinton. The many friends here deeply regret to learn of Mrs. Handley's death.
